Breaking down the barriers
Spreading the love
Enough with the violence
Ignorance & greed
Fuck the war
That brings us to our knees
I say it’s time to
Pass the peace, please!
They look at you like
You don’t belong
They kick you around like
You done something wrong
When all you’ve done your whole life
Is fight to survive
To ignite a spark in your heart
And keep it alive
They try to keep you down
Cuz they don’t want to see you rise
The music in your heart
Is what keeps you alive
Soaring through this world
On a wing and a prayer
We need to open our minds
And learn to care
The world is for everyone
To live, love , laugh & share
It’s a beautiful world & it’s
In despair
We need to take action & do our part
Cleaning up our messes would be
A good place to start
Breaking down the barriers
Spreading the love
